As I write this, the decimating effects of the coronavirus are coming into view. And it’s clear that life will not be completely the same in the future. My deepest hope is that you and all your loved ones are well.
Safety has always been a priority for us, and early on we adopted strict precautions for working in customer homes. I couldn’t be prouder of our team and the commitment they’ve shown our customers and community. And I’m thankful for the respect and appreciation our customers have given our techs and the measures everyone has taken to be safe.
With most people sheltering in place, small problems are starting to show. For some, heating and cooling systems are suddenly running more often and hitting their breaking point.
