Community Round Up

At Rural Fuels, community means everything to us, and 2025 has been a year full of local pride! We’re grateful for every opportunity to support the towns and people we serve.

This year, we proudly sponsored the Monroe Farmers Market for its 2025 season, celebrated hometown spirit at the Newtown Labor Day Parade, and joined Celebrate Shelton events like Downtown Sounds, Food Trucks on the River, and the annual Community Tree Lighting.

We also kept the Thanksgiving tradition alive by sponsoring both the Commodore Hull Thanksgiving Day 5K and the 5th Annual Milford Turkey Trot - two great events that bring neighbors together for a good cause (and some pre-feast fun).
