Just as important as hearing what we’re doing well is finding out where we can improve:

  • Communicate more! From programs and services to promotions and education, you said you want more! We’ll be sending out regular newsletters and emails to keep you up-to-date and informed.

  • Promote annual pricing programs earlier! Instead of waiting until the fall, look for information starting in the summer about the programs we expect to offer for the upcoming heating season.

  • Awareness of our services! Many customers didn’t know we deliver oil, offer HVAC service or equipment installation; more to come on these topics soon!
