Terms and Conditions:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
2. SPONSOR: The "Fuel Dad’s Appetite This Father’s Day!" Sweepstakes is sponsored by Rural Fuels, located at 7176 Main St, Trumbull, CT 06611. Rural Fuels can be contacted by calling (203) 364-5816 or visiting the Contact Page.
3. ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Connecticut who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Delivery location must be within Rural Fuel’s territory. Employees, officers, and directors of Rural Fuels, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as their immediate family members (spouses, parents, siblings, and children) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to participate.
4. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form available above between May 14, 2025 and 11:59 PM ET on June 8, 2025. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries by the same individual will be disqualified.
5. SELECTION OF WINNER: One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the deadline. The random drawing will take place on June 9, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. PRIZE: The winner will receive:

The total approximate retail value of the prize is $550.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact information provided on their entry form. If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) days of the first attempt, or if the winner declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. The prize must be picked up in person at Rural Fuels during the week of June 9, 2025, at a mutually agreed upon time. Proper identification may be required.
8. PUBLICITY: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Rural Fuels to publicly announce their name on the Rural Fuels Facebook page on Father’s Day (June 15, 2025) and to use their name and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Rural Fuels reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Rural Fuels’ reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Rural Fuels in its sole discretion.
10. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Rural Fuels and its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
11. GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. PRIVACY: Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and in accordance with Rural Fuels’ Privacy Policy.
